What is a Google Partner and why does it matter?
A Google Cloud Partner is authorized to resell, deploy, and support Google Workspace on your behalf. When you work with a partner instead of buying direct, you get the same products plus actual configuration, security hardening, and support from people who specialize in Google environments.
How does the partner transfer work?
A super administrator generates transfer authorization in the Admin console, and Z7 accepts the transfer through the Partner Sales Console. Google says the transfer does not affect data or availability, but it is nonreversible and reseller transfers are limited to two in a calendar year.
Can you migrate us from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace?
Yes. We handle email, calendar, contacts, and file migrations. We also support hybrid scenarios where you keep some Microsoft services alongside Google.
Do you support Google Workspace for Education?
Yes. Education Fundamentals, Standard, and Plus editions. Chromebook management. FERPA compliance configuration. E-Rate documentation support.
How do contract terms work?
Recurring agreements run for the term in your statement of work; you may end one for convenience with 90 days' written notice under our Statement of Work Terms. Google Workspace subscription terms remain subject to the applicable Google product schedule and agreement.
