AI automation and custom solutions, built around the tools you already have

Z7 Solutions™ builds AI automation for organizations of every size: dashboards, automated processes and data that moves on its own, around the accounts, data and tools you already use. We run about 80 percent of our own work this way today, on systems we built.

How Z7 runs on automation

About 80 percent of Z7's own work runs automated today, on systems we built for ourselves. The systems carry the reading, sorting, routing, drafting, moving and reporting. People keep the judgment, the approvals and the relationships.

  • The routine runs itselfWork that repeats and follows rules moves on its own, around the clock, without waiting for someone to copy it from one place to another.
  • People keep the judgmentDecisions that carry risk, money or a relationship go to a person, with the context already gathered.
  • Everything is on the recordEach automated step leaves a log, so anyone can see what ran, when and why.
  • We build what we trustThe patterns we build for clients are the ones we rely on for our own operations, built around each client's own tools.

Illustrative. AI seats stay with their vendors; the tools and fees around them fold into software you own.

AI for teams without an enterprise plan

Many teams run AI on individual Pro or Team seats on tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot. Enterprise plans add shared context, visibility and controls. Z7 builds that layer around the seats you already have, so people and assistants work together instead of side by side.

  • 01Visibility

    See the work across accounts

One dashboard for the tasks, handoffs and results that move through your team's assistants, drawn from the shared workspace and the exports each plan provides, never from anyone's private chats.

    • Dashboards
    • Usage
    • Results
  • 02Shared context

Hand a working session to a colleague

Shared project notes, instructions and files that every assistant can read, so one person can pass a session to a colleague and the work picks up where it stopped.

    • Handoffs
    • Shared files
    • Instructions
  • 03Coordination bus

Pass work between people and assistants

A message bus where people and assistants post work, claim it and pass it on, so tasks move between them in an agile way without copy and paste.

    • Post
    • Claim
    • Hand off
  • 04Guardrails

Rules, approvals and an audit trail

Rules for what data may go where, approval steps before actions that matter, and a log of what happened, kept in your own storage.

    • Data rules
    • Approvals
    • Audit log

Every person keeps their own account. Nothing we build shares logins, pools seats or works around a vendor's terms.

Build around what you already have

We start from the tools you already pay for and the way your people already work, then add the pieces that are missing. Each one lives somewhere on the map above.

Own it instead of renting it

Budget-aware teams can turn ongoing subscription spend into software they own. Z7 scopes one build, delivers it under a perpetual license to what we build for you, and offers support after that only if you want it.

Renting

  • Fees that grow with every seat, task or connector
  • Features and limits set on someone else's roadmap
  • Your process bent to fit the tool
  • Another login, another bill, another vendor to review

Owning

  • One build, scoped in writing before work starts
  • A perpetual license to what we build for you
  • Runs in your accounts, on your terms
  • Optional support when you want changes or care

Your AI seats and cloud services still bill from their vendors. What you stop renting is the layer of tools and fees the build replaces.

How an engagement runs

  1. Discovery

We map the processes, tools, accounts and data involved, and the rules your people follow today.

  2. Scope

We pick the processes worth automating first, mark where a person approves, and write it down: what gets built, what it touches and what it logs.

  3. Build

We connect, read, decide, act and report, tested against real examples with the people who do the work.

  4. Hand over

It runs in your accounts. You get the documentation, the training and a perpetual license to what we built.

  5. Support, if you want it

Optional monitoring, changes and new processes, on terms you choose.

Automation questions

Short answers first. Ask Zeus or the team for the rest.

What can Z7 automate?

Work that repeats and follows rules: intake, triage, routing, reminders, follow-ups, evidence collection, data movement and reporting. We connect to the tools you already use, read what arrives, decide with your rules plus AI, act in your systems and report on a live dashboard.

Do we need an enterprise AI plan?

No. Z7 builds the shared context, handoffs, visibility and guardrails that teams usually look to an enterprise plan for, around the individual Pro or Team seats you already have on tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot.

Does this break our AI vendor's terms?

No. Every person keeps their own account. We do not share logins, pool seats or route around a vendor's limits. We work through the connectors, exports and APIs each plan provides.

Who owns what Z7 builds?

You do, under a perpetual license to the software we build for you. It runs in your accounts or on infrastructure you choose. Support after the build is optional.

Can we buy the platform Z7 uses for its own work?

Not today. Z7's own operating platform is internal. What we build for you is designed around your tools and your processes, and you own it under a perpetual license.

Do people stay in control?

Yes. You choose where a person approves before an action runs, such as payments, outbound messages or anything touching security. Every automated step is logged, so you can see what ran and why.

Where does our data go?

It stays in your accounts and in storage you choose. When a step uses an AI model, the text that step needs is processed by that model's provider under the plan you already have.

What does it cost?

It depends on the processes and the tools involved, so we scope it in writing after discovery: one build, plus optional support. We do not publish prices.

How is this different from Managed Agents?

Managed Agents is Z7 building and operating production agents for you. Automation is broader: dashboards, processes and data flows around the tools you already have, built once and owned by you, with agents where they help.

Show us the work you repeat every week.

Bring one process. We will show you where it can run on its own, where a person should approve, and what it would take to own it.
